Founder & Managing Director
Lewis leads Dunmore Group, the logistics and delivery consultancy helping ecommerce and D2C brands move product faster, more cheaply and more reliably. He advises clients on delivery strategy, fulfilment operating models, carrier and 3PL selection and the end-to-end logistics that sit behind a great customer experience. Lewis also founded Strategy Hand (strategyhand.com), Dunmore’s sister consultancy specialising in customer success, retention and reviews for ecommerce brands, allowing clients to draw on joined-up expertise across both the front and back end of their operation. His career spans leading consumer names including HelloFresh, Apple, Simba Sleep and mahabis, where rapid, dependable delivery was central to growth.
Nick Turner
Non-Executive Director
Nick advises Dunmore Group on the data behind delivery, helping clients measure and improve fulfilment performance, delivery SLAs and the cost-to-serve across their logistics network. He brings deep expertise in data science, performance analytics and the technology stacks that underpin modern delivery operations, turning operational data into clear decisions. Nick also supports the wider group through Strategy Hand (strategyhand.com), the sister consultancy focused on customer success and reviews for ecommerce brands. His background spans RICS, Simba Sleep and a number of leading UK performance marketing agencies.
Logan Mearns
Logistics Coordinator
Logan coordinates the day-to-day delivery of client projects at Dunmore Group, keeping logistics programmes on track from the office. He focuses on project delivery and administration, supporting the consulting team with scheduling, supplier and carrier coordination, documentation and the operational detail that keeps engagements running smoothly. Logan brings significant experience of ecommerce businesses and logistics delivery, combining a strong grasp of how online brands operate with a sharp eye for organisation and follow-through.
